Utilities & Energy Services Recycling Services co-sponsors this yearly event with the Water, Energy and Recycling Departments of the Cities of Bryan and College Station as well as the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Brazos Valley Council of Goverments, and Keep Brazos Beautiful. Open to the public, this event is in observation of Earth Day (April 22) and focuses on community wide education on water conservation, energy conservation, recycling, waste reduction, composting, wildlife habitat and other environmental issues.
The 2013 event will be held on Saturday, April 20 at Wolf Pen Creek Park in College Station. The event will be held from 11am to 4pm with a free concert from 4pm to 7pm.
